Technical issue .I went in to a store I was due for an upgrade supposedly .the worker charged me ***$. Over charge. but I needed a phone .at the time I was only on a **$plan they said with my insurance and upgrade I qualified for one of the free phones .the worker in corpus charged my cared an extra **$ plus supposed a ** activation fee.before charging me for a phone she said would be free.i only allowed this because the lady first said it was **$ and she act like it was for my phone and bill so I over looked her trying to play me because of my situation and I knew I could report it later .this is the main reason why I've kept away from metro because of mishaps like this has happend to other people as this . then after she charged me she said then I had to pay for the phone I was like hold on you said different and I asked for my money back she said she would not refund my money so then to not fight with the lady clerk and I really needed a phone I still bought the phone and said I would report it later I've been tryna to get in touch with a metro rep .but the numbers to all costumer service say invalid .she refused to let me speak to a manager .the lady new I noticed her over charging me but I wanted to handle this the proper way.basically there is no reason for me to had payed that much in a store for all that false advertisement I thought metro was a better alternative
