The issue in GetHuman1030186's own words
Couple days ago I came to the MetroPCS store and bought my new KD ** and got the tempered glass to protect the screen and the MetroPCS worker place my order in a bag check me out I left the phone and everything in the bag until I get home when I got home I took the phone out of the bag in the tempered glass had been not placed on properly so I brought it to the back to the MetroPCS store and by the workers fault the tempered glass came off I thought that they could just replace it. The worker would not replace the tempered glass and said that she would only charge me full price for another glass cover. Now am I getting that right? I paid for something and it was faulty by no fault of mine, and now I have to pay double to have it replaced? What can I do about the situation? And what I would like to see happen is a new replacement glass that I paid for be placed back on my phone properly without having to pay full price for another one. I appreciate you for your time and concern on this matter. Thank you. And have a great day.
