MetroPCS sent the information do for the bill to my child's phone and not my phone. I am appalled and upset that I cannot get an agent on the phone and will cancel my Metro PCS service if I don't speak to a live agent the fact that it is is hard to speak to a live agent makes me want to leave the company now if someone doesn't call me to discuss this I will definitely leave and go to another company
