Exchange the phone I have to the ZTE blade on **th Avenue and Glendale without paying any extra money ... To whom it may concern this is in regards to account ***-***-****. Pin number * ***-******My name is Anii *And I have a concern that I need to have rectified by your corporate structure in the Texas I bought a ZTE Pro phone about a year ago or so at your **th Avenue and Dunlap store here in Phoenix Arizona. I begin to notice charging issues with this phone and I disregarded it until I could not disregard it anymore. the issues I took the phone to your corporate store here in Phoenix Arizona at the time your manager's name was AK who told me to call the manufacturer of the cord and I have the court sent back to the manufacturer to get it replaced I was in warranty within that time I still noticed that the problem still persisted. I went back to this MetroPCS store on a **th Avenue and Bethany Home because I found out that it was not a court issue it was simply a defectiveness in the phone and which at that point in time the warranty had ran past * months I was greeted by yourselves associate all five and all in which I had to reiterate what what went astray I ended up with a dominecker Lorenzo and your manager now at that store who seemed as if he could not help me because of the warranty issue Dominic remembered me from when I returned the phone in the first place with the same issues. has he told me after being in this MetroPCS store for a good hour that there was nothing they can do for me however their solution was not acceptable to me but it seemed to be the only solution that they could come up with which this is the problem. Which is to take my original phone downgrade me me to a Alcatel phone have me pay $** and ship me out the door I have no instructions on this phone I do not really know how to operate this phone I do not like this phone but it was as if take it or leave it. as it made it very clear that I was not satisfied at all with a downgraded phone. he wanted to explain that ZTE was no longer in business and that they were in some kind of political upset and that's the only phone that I could get in the store I contacted customer care and spoke with an atom who said go into the store and look for a ZTE blade which is comprable and is a upgrade from the ZTE Pro I also was told that I was eligible for a free upgrade which I was never told by mr. Lorenzo when I call those stores in Phoenix Arizona they informed me that the ZTE was not being carried anymore and by MetroPCS. I intern called your customer care back again and spoke with a Sherry who told me she would be phoning me back in a couple days and never did. She offered me a $** credit toward a phone and which one I went to the Metro PCS on **th Avenue and Camelback they told me that they could not honor it because it was not told her phone it was toward my next month bill and what's this is not a complaint in regards to the bill it is a complaint in regards to the I've also called your Mesa corporate store at MetroPCS where AK is now at and still have not reached haveI've also called your Mesa corporate store at MetroPCS where AK is now at and still awaiting a phone call. I contacted the store at **th Avenue and Bethany Home Road and told them that I found someone that was willing to repair my original phone and for them to return my original phone and which Dominic informed me that that was not possible he has literally taken my original phone downgraded me to a lower grade phone had me to pay for it and it making it seem as if I am stuck with a product that I am not happy with. I contacted the store on **th Avenue and Glendale and they happen to have a ZTE blade and which they want $** more for that particular phone after I have just paid ** for this phone. I am needing this rectified as soon as possible because I do not feel paying over $*** for an upgraded phone is reasonable. I have my original receipt in which the ZTE Pro I paid $*** and $** for this phone that I have now what's that is a total of a $*** I do not feel pain anymore for a phone is acceptable. The MetroPCS on **th Avenue and Glendale seems to have the upgraded phone which is the ZTE blade which is acceptable I needing someone to phone me as soon as possible in regards to this as I do not need a credit on my monthly bill since that is not the issue the issue is the phone at hand. I have spoken with your customer care I have spoken with the corporate store here in Phoenix Arizona and now I'm taking this to a corporate structure and the corporate office outside of Arizona I need in this rectified as soon as possible as days are taking by concerning the phone that I have now I was tricked into this phone on August *rd it is now August **th****Thank you very much *Anii****-***-****
I had a defective phone in the first place
I want to give back the phone that I have to the MetroPCS on **th and Glendale and amazing the ZTE blade without any extra charges considering I've already been charged for the current phone I have
Because I am on time with my bills and pay you graciously every month
I have an issue with Metro PCS too
