I called customer service about this issue they told me that I need to talk to corporate and they proceeded to give me a PO box so I can write a letter to him I told him no that's not going to work they said we can't do anything about it here cuz I'll be already service we don't do anything about a phone problem this is a bunch of bullcrap I know that they can fix it they could have just said okay we're going to give you we're going to send you another Moto E* phone since you had such good luck with that when you get it just call it and activate it with sorry for your problems but no he's in there telling me we can't do anything about it who were just do technical problems which is a lie and told me I needed to go back to the store again which I was already in today and talk to her AR manager not a regular manager but an AR manager I don't know what the f*** an AR manager is or a s manager I already talked to two managers at the store today and I called customer service thisisbullshit I want another phone or I want this one replacing I don't want another one of these cool pads cuz they are cheap junk pieces of s***
