* days ago I just got this phone it is a piece of junk I've gone to the office where I bought the phone at and has to exchange it maybe get the same one that I had before or get a better one they have refused to do anything about it I've only had this phone * days it keeps shutting off the screen gets darker and lighter all the time the volume goes higher and lower I mean the phone was shut off in the middle of a conversation the internet is slower than * G this is ridiculous I'm on a fixed income I get $*** a month and I just spent $** on this supposedly $** which was b******* they charge me an extra $** for activation fee which should not have been charged my phone was already on I want a different phone this phone is like the other one that I got the same Coolpad Catalyst by the same company that was a piece of junk that broke down Within a month of having it I want another phone and I want my $** back on this stupid activation fee that customer services told me that I didn't have to pay the girl probably put it in her pocket they've been rude to me I don't like that at all do something
