Ongoing ..june* forced me to upgrade did cuz i needed servicr phone sold to me is noe broken ie cant talk on calls ...iam wo a phone n will be charged *** ..opposed ** cuz u made me upgrade * months ago

At the very least acquire a phone i can afford ...i would have never gotten rid of my other but was told they coould not continue w service ....the phone was fine ..i feel like ive bern scsmmed * ...i have a child w asd Pphone service important i cant afford the non upgrade price im told i could get in sept wtf i m paying for service cant make calls till sept woe ... i am writting once again ugh ,i paid bill in person on june * **** for our plan i was told i had to upgrade my phone or couldnt continue although no such info was ever discussed via text email or other i upgraded a fine phone n had to pay *** that day i was given a horribble cover my phone cracked screen in a week due too cover to big ok fine cuts i an deal with but never recieved a response to the having to upgrade despite writting .NOW my phone does not work i can hear others they cant hear me ..i have a child with asd n yesterday car service unable to hear me to pick us up caused a major problem for my son and self . Today iam told when i went to buy a new phone * ** moths later i am told iam not eligible for upgrade price but have to pay *** again iam soooooooooo frustrated and broke in the mean time iam paying for phone that does not work and will have to wait until sept for lower price wow . MY SAMSUNG org phone was fine why did u make me upgrade .. still dont get that n now i have no phone this is terrible i have a child with needs ,not to mention everyday life .... please someone reply i regret going into that store on june* should of let my husband pay as always online wow......
If i would of paid my bill online in june wouldnt jad to change phone but i went in person due to ky husband ill.
I want a phone but at least at the ** dollar price i cant afford another *** dollars .or wait until sept
