This is the fourth EMail I have sent you . I have gotten NO response to the other *. Your corporate office was kind enough to send me a new flip phone due to the fact that my phone does NOT ring. I took the new phone into my local store (**** North Pine Island Rd., Sunrise, FL) and was told "we canNOT transfer contacts. ) As I was walking out of the store, this same person shouted at me.: "If you give me $**.** I'll do it for you". I am sure I don't have to tell you how UNPROFESSIONAL this was and how angered I was and STILL AM! I have been trying to call METRO corporate for * weeks now. Its at the point where not only does my phone NOT ring, I missed VERY IMPORTANT Doctor'*s calls today because it did not ring. I am so depressed and upset by your company, I am thinking of initiating a class-action suit - After I close the account, unless something is done to avert doing this. As an aside to my stress and anger levels, Whenb someone calls your customer service for some kind of assistance, the person calling is usually upset and does NOT want to hear: "Jingle Bells...Its a lovely day at Metro, etc, etc. That's the LAST thing one would want to hear. At least me. I am beside myself with rage, fury, and stress all due to your company. If I get NO RESPONSE, I will post this on "Rip Off Report, fraudwatchers, scams. I left out the sentence about your phone lines to your corporate offices have been deleted, so NO ONE can phone your corp. offices. Is this any way to run a company?
