I went to my Metro to pay my bill it showed that it wasn't available to pay like I usually pay so I went to call you guys I've never done it before they told me it was going to be a $* charge which I will not pay I hung up the phone and then had if search out another way to pay and how to get online somehow and pay I want my phone to have my Metro app that I'm used to to pay my bills and a $* charge that you billed me on my credit card I'm not paying because I didn't use your service and by the way you guys should have human people answering the phone not no stupid non human computer system. I want somebody to fix my my Metro to where I can pay the way I'm used to.
