Hi, I recently lost my phone, and I was given my girlfriends old Samsung Galaxy S*, which she purchased from MetroPCS. I put my TMobile sim card into the phone which prompted me to enter an unlock code. I have talked to TMobile customer service as well as a MetroPCS store and they have told me to contact MetroPCS customer service for an unlock code. I attempted to call Metro Customer service but wasn't able to reach a person to help.
GetHuman943294 did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
