The store in Tucson Mall refuses to honor the * day return policy as the phone is locked up. The issue started as they for unknown reason gave me a new phone * but the * was still in use. I could not use device as it kept going to the other guys acct.. Phone locked up. Day * I returned to get another as per *day return policy. The store refuses even though the issue was the fault of their "trainee" who sold and set up the phone. Have been unable to speak to anyone but their ** or so year old rep. named Corbin who calls Nubia who I can't talk to and Corbin gives his story. Very unhappy. Very disappointed in MetroPCS and LA k of customer care and service. Whatever happened to customer care. Oh right, they already have my money. I see no option but go to local media*news outlets "On your Side" investigation reporters, the BBB. and seek legal assistance. ... July *rd I opened a new acct and purchased a new LG Stylo* smart phone from the kiosk store in the Tucson Mall. For some reason the gave me a new phone number that was already in use. I could not connect with any of my gmail or Facebook ACCTS. Ultimately the phone locked up. I returned the store the next day and even though they state right on the receipt "* day return" they refused. The I was supposed to meet with their District Manager the next day. A no show. I was told they were in discussion with the corporate office on how to resolve the problem. That's almost o e month ago and I'm still holding an almost $***.** paperweight. All I wanted was for them to honor their * Day Return policy. Take this phone back and replace it. That's all.
They realize it was their error in having an unsupervised trainee making the sale and setting up the new acct. The just refuse to take responsibility.
All I want is replace the unused locked Stylo * for a usable Stylo * as their * day return policy says. I did nothing wrong. I'm stuck with the new phone * and have lost a lot of data and memories but I'm a big boy, I'm a ** year old Vietnam vet thats being treated like dirt. I just want a working Stylo * that I already paid $***.** in total for. Nothing more.
I moved to MetroPCS from Boost Mobile * months ago as Metro has a more reliable internet connectivity. My neighbor and I thought we'd add me on his acct.. Not really happy then as they wouldn't use the Stylo * I already had but I got a low end phone as a knew the Stylo * was due in soon. That was the store at first and Roger in Tucson.
Tried talking to the store numerous times, have tried to contact MetroPCS corporate office but with no success and ha e come to get human.com*Well so far MetroPCS is Worthless, especially if they made a mistake, and the more serious their mistake the more they tell you to go f**k yourself. They have your money and thats all they care about.
