I'm very upset with your company I've spoke to * supervisors and more than * agents in this last month, I had got an extension on my line and when I did that it messed up my features of the internet*picture messages I've went into stores and over the phone trouble shooting. * supervisors sent out tickets to the technitions to check the problem and I was blocked from have the features due to ur new policy with the ** hr extension of only having text*call so I got the problem resolved yesterday and dont feel the need to pay ** dollars when I haven't had all my services working. I had an agent Change my plan to see if it worked and it didn't he just made my plan nighter. NOT TO MENTION YOUR AGENTS AND SUPERVISORS LIE ABOUT PUTTING NOTE INTO THE ACCT FOR THE NEXT TIME YOU CALL YOU DONT NEED TO EXPLAIN URSELF BUT EVERYTIME I CALL I GET TOLD THEYRE ARENT ANY NOTES AND HAVE TO RE EXPLAIN MYSELF I GOT TOLD BY AN AGENT I WAS LYING ABOUT THE CREDIT WHICH IS WRONG IVE PAID MY ACCTS IN THE PAST BUT THIS IS BEYOND HORRIBLE
