I have been having an issue with my payment going through when using my debit card that i always use to pay the bill monthly. Every time i have tried to pay with this card for the past three months i get an error message saying my card is invalid. This has happened every month for the past three months whether i use the my metro app or paid online or with a representative. After three months of having problems and no representative including managers being able to tell me why this is happening, a representative FINALLY explained that the card had been blacklisted and blocked on the metropcs side of things and that a ticket would have to be put in to correct the issue and that it could take *-* business days to resolve the issue. I have found other ways to pay in months past but this month i do not have access to another card and the nearest metro pcs store is about an hour away from my home or work. i was told i could get an extension and could still use my voice and text services only and that is my problem. I need the internet to make money and for my jobs, i work two jobs and don't have the time to drive an hour away so that's a major problem. I was told by representatives that there was nothing anyone could do about my data and basically that i just needed to deal with it or find another way to pay the bill. I serious cannot believe you treat customers like this. it's not as if i wasn't trying to pay my bill. I was also told the most anyone could do was give me a $** credit on my account. This is absolutely horrible customer service. Why should a customer be penalized for something that is not their fault but all the fault of the company? *At this point i am seriously considering leaving metro pcs and i have been with this company as a paying customer for over * years.
