Use the internet when not connected to Wi-Fi, place or receive calls, text fellow metro customers ... I don't know if it's my phone or the service, but, I'm having several problems. My data will not work. If I'm not on Wi-Fi, I cannot use the internet for anything. My husband doesn't have this problem and we are on the same plan and have the same phone. Text messages are delayed if they go through at all. Most attachments sent with texts can't be downloaded. Calls drop all the time. I can't even talk to my husband most of the time no matter where I am. I'd love to be able to actually use the features of my office and plan.
We are paying for the services I don't get to use. So frustrating. I want to switch service providers. My straight talk service was better. The only advantage to switching to Metro has been the phone itself but when you can't use it that makes no difference.
I want answers as to if it's the service itself, and if so, why am I the only one on the plan having these problems? I want to use my phone the way I'm paying to be able to use.
I am a new customer, but I did expect to be able to use the services and features I was told about at the time of purchase.
