So I have the ZTE phone. Got it in September. Now it reboots itself, and for a good * min it is optimising * app. Now I don't get text messages. U went to the metro pcs near me and was told it can't be fixed but I could replace it with same phone for **.**. or upgrade it. Why do I have to pay anything when this is clearly not my fault. And why would I want another one just like it. I'm on social security disability, limited income, that's one reason I came to this company. I want my phone replaced with an upgrade please, I do not want the same phone since they told me that this particular phone has been coming back with the same issues. This has truly been an inconvenience since it's the only form of technology I own. I recently started with a company to sell jewelry, and can't do much of anything til this gets resolved. I have been doing business with the metro pcs on State Road *****. I am not buying a phone through Smartpay. I am not paying **.** for the same phone I don't even feel responsible to have to pay to have the phone turned on. Your equipment that was sold to me malfunctioned. Please help
