The issue in GetHuman-papril's own words
they cancelled my phone and I just paid my bill and they had already cancelled it now they want another payment on the *th of August and I'm not paying for somebody else's phone ... I've been a customer MetroPCS for a long time and I'm pretty tired of them I called about the beginning of last month to get a phone number change on one of my phones now my regular phone is ***-***-**** my family has at my job has that so my old phone I called to change your number to a *** number after the lady change my number couple of days go by and every time the phone rang it would say say a different person's name and I didn't mind that cuz that's what I wanted a different person I called back to the telephone company MetroPCS and I informed that my *** number was broken I didn't understand why the guy said I had insurance on it so he got off the phone or back and forth on the phone for ** minutes you said he put in for me to get a new phone so yesterday the *rd I called MetroPCS to find out about this new phone coming I was informed that I didn't have insurance on the phone and that I would have to go to a MetroPCS store to upgrade the phone if I want to keep it V of July I went to the MetroPCS store in person only to find out they still cancelled my *:** number they dismissed my *** number and I just paid a bill on two numbers that are not hook to my line and they want another payment as of the *th how incompetent three people I talk to and none of them got it done I don't know who but but someone needs to give me a call ***-***-**** email number is p a p r i l *** at gmail.com
