First off, your customer service *****!!!! Been trying to reach a live person for an hour....wasting my time!!!!! **I had bought a new phone for my son on Saturday & the lady that attended us must have placed insurance for two phones because my bill is now $** more. I have paid our usual $*** & had to ask for an extension just to try to communicate with you. However, every * I call is automated & doesn't give me an option to speak to an agent. Please remove the extra $** insurance placed on my acct, as I never approved for it. ************
