I talked to one of your guys on the phone couple days ago and he had my billing changed around because you guys had it wrong in the computer my bill wasn't actually due till the *th so after an hour he got it straightened out said it was all taken care of and then they turn my ******* phone off I'm getting real tired of this overcharged me turning my phone off at the wrong time and now believe it or not you guys turn my phone off on the wrong day it's been off for * days and what is strange surprise I can get a person did actually answer the phone soon as I say I'm not going to pay this money that they want because it's not do the automated lady says nobody and hangs up on me
