METRO PCS sold me a phone on may **th, then registered it in someone else's name .*. I didn't find this out until last week from Oliver with customer service. at the time of purchase I was told I could unlock the phone in ** days, I also found out from customer service it's *** days. I talked to Jason an employee at the Harrisonburg store, and he called his manager Thomas about my situation. Thomas was to call Jason back, but didn't. when Jason tried to call Thomas at hone he had turned his phone off. I have yet to hear from Thomas or any one from the Harrisonburg store. I see that metro pcs has over *,*** complaints at the Better Business Bureau. I feel that I have been deceived, avoided like the plague, and obviously racially discriminated against, because I am a African American . I will not tolerate this, or let metro pcs sweep this situation under the rug.
I trust that Metro PCS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
