I paid and had to pay again for the same services. End of last month and again this month you changed the rates from * gigs to one and shut of my service even when I pay the $* at the end of last month then I paid ** for the next month and I had to pay the same $* again
I trust that Metro PCS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
