I'm a good customer since **** never late in my payment and I upgraded my phone every single year now I have problem with my phone and nobody can help me with this situation I buy a phone in April by mistake I drop the phone and the screen broke *week ago I buy another phone cause I don't have insurance and I have the phone for less than **day have to buy another phone and i buy it *days ago the phone screen is not good I don't know why * I when to the store the I buy the phone and the dude who sell the phone told me to call *** and I speak to the representative and he send me to metro PC's and market St I just left the store cause they said they can't do anything about it now I'm really disappointed with metro PC's all I need is to get this phone fix I don't ask for a refund or new phone really I think I going to switch phones company if you guys can't help me if want to call me back I appreciate got be after *pm cause I work thanks
