I had to factory reset my phone and now it's telling me I only have like ** gigs of space when I got the phone I had ** gigs of space I'm just curious why after I reset it there is only **.**Also when I paid my bill last on the **th of May I was told that I would be able to have data in the new area that I moved to therefore I paid my bill well when I got here I have no data I'm very upset that I was lied to unless you know of some way where I could get data on my phone I was told there was a sister company here and I could use their towers however when I called customer service they said we don't know what you're talking about..... I called and asked for a refund of my money and they told me because I was month to month I was at able to refund...
