One week before the May ** due date I called customer service about unlocking my cellphone. I was told to try the unlock device app on the phone. It did not work. I kept getting an error message saying that the server does not recognize my device.It also said that the phone must have been rooted which would cause the problem. I have never rooted the phone. I wouldn't know how to do that.
