Not have to pay another $** after paying it * days ago!!! ... I just paid $** on the **th of May. Now your saying i have to pay another*$***on June *th!!! Are you serious??? I can and will switch to another company if im paying this much for not even two weeks!! This disgusts me as when i originally paid they put it on the wrong account and i had to talk to * people on the phone, and chatted with *!! A total of at least * hrs trying to explain, and have them figure out a mistake they made!! Please fix this before the *th of this month, or you will lose me and others as customer's!! I wasted * hrs of my time , talking to at least * customer service reps. Starting May **,when i first put $** to activate my phone! Two days later, on May **Th you disrupted my service saying i owed $**. I had to go through * reps. and on the phone for a total of * hrs at least, very , very frustrated, before you got it resolved and now you want me to pay another $**?? * days later?? Are you crazy???
Fix this problem now! Keep my phone activated until my payments due the end of this month!!

I dont want to have to call and talk to someone on the phone. My experience with them has been a nightmare! None of them know what they are doing and then I get very upset!!
