I paid my portion of the phone bill as I'm with the family plan * lines for$**** month but due to their non payment I'm stuck with out a phone even though metro took my payment so I either want a refund or is to figure something out to where I'll have service because my life my job my schedule all falls back on my phone and I need my phone to work
GetHuman-aamos did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
