Unlock it. ... My phone is telling me its unable to use fingerprints. Its telling me to use the tap knock code instead. I used the tap knock code I set up and it is telling me it is incorrect. How do I get back into my phone? Went to a MetroPCS store and they could not help me. I need a MetroPCS representative to help me online @ *****@***.com or call me direct since my phone is now locked.
You sent a * digit code to my phone. How am I supposed to send back the code when I am locked out of my phone. Use my email address @ *****@***.com or call me directly since I can only receive calls.
