In April I spoke with a customer representative and had my service plan dropped to $** and dropped my insurance the representative on the phone fixed everything supposedly came back and told me my bill amount for that month was $*.** which I paid in May my bill was due on the **st I called on the **th spoke with a representative because it showed I owed $** spoke with them they explain to me that because the system was putting May and June's service amount together but I again was told I only owed $** so I paid May's bill in the amount of $** and my service is suspended I had to use my **-hour extension which is now up I am on a friend's Wi-Fi to try to resolve this issue I am a single mother of a special-needs child and I have to have my phone. The agent I spoke with on the **th said something about a fee for rate plan change I told her I was never told about that in store on the phone or online by anyone so she had that fee waived before I paid May's $** a month which she said all was do so I am a little frustrated upset angry disappointed and do not understand why my service is still suspended after payment was made I would like my service restored ASAP and this issue to be resolved I have been a MetroPCS Customer for several years bought several different phones accessories I feel like there is someone in upper management that she be able to fix this problem quickly and fairly thank you so much Tracy Gordon
