i recently paid **$ for three phone bills so i could travel **** miles but the next day when i get on the road to leave all the phones are shut off . i went to metro an told them my problem an they said they can’t do anything about it an that Ashley , the girl we went through to pay our phones , made a mistake an agreed she made a mistake but said they can’t fix anything . i told them give my money back or turn the phones back on . they couldn’t do either so if i could just get ONE phone back on , i have **** miles to go AGAIN . i have been dealing with metro *years an never had a problem so now i’m kinda disappointed
