I need to pay my bill but they said I couldn't change my plan until it was time to paint pay my bill so I went to pay my bill earlier and it's still charging me the old plan rate it was supposed to change to $** yes and I can't get ahold of anyone to speak with
I trust that Metro PCS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
