I have been a Metro customer for years and been happy with the service. My recently purchased phone stopped working. Gabe, my local and long term rep was great but he said I needed a new phone to replace my * week old phone and that the main store would handle the warranty. They did not. They charged me for a new new phone. The didn't give me a receipt. They took my.money but didn't give me the new phone. I have to drive back to get it. The whole experience was rude and unprofessional. I haven't driven back to get the replacement phone because I don't want to do business with a company that doesn't honor the warranty. Pay for the phone and drive back in a few days to get it? Spend more time listening to them trying to sell me more stuff instead of solving my problem? No thanks.
