I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy J* prime on May ** **** because I was unable to receive pictures from previous phone thinking that was the problem. Prior to purchasing the new phone Metro PCs representatives were unable to fix the problem twice so I bought another phone. Well to my dismay the new phone is unable as well to receive pictures I called Customer care line and stayed on the phone for over an hour with support technician unfortunately they too could not resolve the issue. I would like my money back for the phone $*** and $** for last month service charge which I did not get full usage of my phone due to its malfunction. I recently had a baby and was unable to send pictures to friends and family. I look forward to this matter being handled promptly. Thank you.
