The issue in GetHuman-kfoxnwpb's own words
I purchased an iPhone back in February, from an MetroPCS authorized dealer. In Boynton Beach Florida. This was presumably a new phone purchase, but when I received the phone in hand, it was not wrapped in plastic, it was missing earbuds, the top right corner of the screen was scratched and the port for headphones never worked. Fast forward to May the **th, and all of a sudden my service has been and phone has been locked. I take it back up to the store and the owner kept it for * days the claim that he took it to the Apple Store. And he gave the phone back to me saying that the reason why it was not working it's because I dropped it. Which is not the case. I took the phone to Apple myself, and they informed me that the phone was in fact stolen. It was locked by T-Mobile customer service. When I confronted the owner of the store that I purchased it from he denied selling the phone. I demand my full refund for this phone which I cannot use I have filed a police report with the Boynton Beach Police Department. Please guide me in the right direction that I need to do to facilitate this. The owner of the store flat-out refuses to refund or credit
