They adjusted my bill last month without my permission I'm not refusing to pay the extra but they are refusing to help me spread it out or give me credits they just want to keep messing with my plan I've already lost my Hotspot and the plan that I was initially paying for I've been through the same training use the same programs so I know that both the representative and the supervisor Diego lie through their teeth to me do not appreciate that I need the credit applied to my account and the excess spread over at least two months
