The issue in GetHuman-sffamily's own words
I called to pay my bill, which was set up for automatic payment from debit card*checking account. Recently someone illegally charged to my debit card. My bank called and we stopped payment and I got new card. I called Metro to give new card *, and after one and a half hours, metro refused to assist. *I am DISABLED and cannot go to a metro store. *This is the WORST customer service I have received. I'm calling to PAY MY BILL!! AND I'M REFUSED!! This company won't. Even ATTEMPT to help a sick disabled human being. I want an IMMEDIATE response to such atrocious DISCRIMINATING total lack of assistance and total lack of concern. And all I was trying to do is PAY THE BILL!! *I demand a phone response period. Do not email with more total lack of assistance. Call me immediately.
GetHuman-sffamily did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
