I ordered a new phone thru their website ... I ordered a Samsung phone on ******** (order *********) and have yet to receive the phone. I have a UPS tracking number that shows that a shipping label was created and nothing else. UPS can ONLY tell me that a label was created. I have talked to customer service * times with no real resolution. I would like to get the phone, but if that can't happen, then I would like a full refund. My current Metro phone has been great up until now. I cannot stress how badly I need this new phone. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible because customer service states that they can not help me with my problem outside of calling UPS. I have been a customer since **** and this is the *st issue that I have ever had with your company.
Instead of them calling UPS to find out what's going on, they were trying to make me do it. And each time I called, except for the fourth and final time* no one mentioned the customer support email. I work two jobs and do not have time to walk into a store for something like this. Very big inconvenience for to have to deal with this.
