I signed up with Metro PCS and was given an LG Leon, If I had another phone, I would throw this piece of krap at the wall (hard)!!!!*The battery sometimes gives me close to * hours NOT TALKING, JUST LYING ON MY DESK, and the battery is down **-**% Bought another battery, same thing.*Since day one I plug in, sometimes charge sometimes NOT!*Take it to Metro, children there play with it a while call it all okay MORE, (BS)!*Being retired and living on a fixed income my first requirement in signing up with Metro is an inexpensive phone that lets me make and receive calls, I DO NOT TEXT OR DO THE WWW OR EMAIL BY PHONE, TAKE A PICTURE NOW AND THEN, make my phone ring I will talk to you IF THE FREAKIN THING WORKS WHEN YOU CALL.**WHEN I SIGNED UP WITH METRO I WAS NOT GIVEN A CHARGER WITH MY LEON AND HAD TO GO BACK AND ASK FOR ONE, I WAS ONLY GIVEN A USB CABLE AND TOLD THIS WAS ALL I NEEDED*I just spoke with a Metro employee (at your store at **** N.W Loop *** here in San Antonio, now I am told I must replace my phone every * years! *I have been a Metro customer for near * years and have been back to the store with ISSUES *-* times I HAVE NEVER UNTIL TODAY BEEN TOLD I MUST REPLACE MY PHONE EVERY * YEARS!!!!!!!**Due to this Omission BY YOUR EMPLOYEES. Depending on how Metro chooses to resolve this issue, It is currently my plan to seek relief due to the OMISSIONS by your employees in SMALL CLAIMS COURT HERE IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS.*WHAT I WANT IS A PHONE THAT WORKS WHEN I NEED IT.*It is sad one cannot pick up a phone and talk to a live person in authority at Metro.*I will eagerly await your reply and hopefully AVOID A TRIP TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.*I NEED FROM METRO A COMPANY MAILING ADDRESS SO I WILL KNOW WHERE TO HAVE THE LEGAL PAPERS SENT.*YOU HAVE READ MY ISSUE, GIVE ME A NEW PHONE THAT WORKS AND AVOID MY PLANNED TRIP TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.*I HAVE SPOKEN!!!!!!!!!
