Hello,**My anniversary global minutes are not refreshing on the **th of each month. I call each month with the same problem, I've been calling since Feb ****. The tech ticket I need help with is ******** your rep Jacob gave this to me about a week ago. I just talked to another rep she told me I had to call back on the anniversary date to see if the issue was resolved? Please have someone from your tech follow up with me on the **th. I would appreciate that. I don't like to be felt like I'm a liar each time I call because the minutes do not refresh on my anniversary date. Thanks
