I recently upgraded to an Android *.*.*, Z***. When I try to use my email, it receives just fine but when I send emails they go to the "outbox" and just sit there. There is no way to send them. I have been to * different Metro PCS stores and talked with * different sales people which have not resolved the issue. Also, when I use my Facebook account my phone keeps "freezing". I have to shut off the phone and restart it. I have updated Facebook on my phone. I am hoping that these issues can be resolved since the sales clerks were of no help. It took a long time for me to upgrade from a flip phone and I am so frustrated at this point I am just about ready to go back to a flip phone! Hoping you can help!*Jackie Pender ***-***-****
