Have had MetroPCS for almost a year. Monthly payments have been made with my checking account debit card. For the last two months MetroPCS is unable to process a payment from this account which are made on line. I've been told different stories each time I speak with customer service. On April *th when I spoke with Jasper agent ******* I was told tech support would look into this. I was told I would receive a text stating my service would be suspended on ****, then would receive a text stating a payment extension would be granted & by **** the problem would be resolved & I could pay with the checking account debit card. Never received these messages. PHONE SERVICE WAS SUSPENDED ON ****. When I spoke with agent in MetroPCS store I was told the company can not accept payments made through First State Bank of the Florida Keys until further notice. WHAT??? KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS! Was told to make payment on another card or come to MetroPCS store to pay. I live in this century, I don't run around town paying bills or pay on a credit card to turn around and pay the credit card with my debit card. The not so friendly store agent told me this wasn't her fault (really, like I didn't know that), these were my options and that's all that could be done until MetroPCS fixed the problem. I do have another option, I can go elsewhere! This is horrible customer service, this has been going on for ** days... how much longer?? I want some answers.
