I switched to metro and had service for the ** days that was required to unlock the phone. I had to have my phone replaced twice and they must have started the ** days over each time because it wont let me unlock my phone. What do I need to do to unlock my phone?
I trust that Metro PCS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
