We own a **** S*** with **K miles on it. It is like new. The passenger side door mirror fell out and upon looking further we found that the wires were actually fried inside the housing and were smoking. We could not drive the car. This is something we have found that is due to your lousy manufacturing of the mirror assembly. The wires are so thin that they are all fused together. A replacement is $**** which includes the mirror assembly which is $*** from your dealership and *.* hours of labor. What the heck were you people thinking when you put this expensive car and mirro together? With so few miles we have kept the car pristine, in looks and running condition. Now this is unacceptable. I have done some investigating on line and have found this is a standard issue with these cars and their inside wiring. This is something that you should be responsible for. Did you do a recall for this flaw? How are we to tell people how wonderful your product is? Little room for that at this point. I would like to have a member of your team contact me and tell me what you have to offer to replace this item.
