The item is defective with a warped guitar neck, strings off by 1/2 inch, wobbly bridge, and a gouge on the body, rendering it unusable. Unfortunately, I couldn't send a message or pictures through your website, so I'm verifying if you received my email with the pictures attached. As a 65-year professional musician, I need a playable guitar. The seller wasn't cooperative, and the guitar isn't worth $90. I'm attaching the pictures again for reference. I request a return label. I recently purchased a keyboard for my son. However, when I went to the post office to collect it, they requested an additional $74 for release. I bought a laptop on February 9th. The seller was supposed to update me on shipping within three business days. Today is the third day, and I still haven't heard anything. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no response and requested a cancellation. The seller has not replied. Customer service promised a cancellation by June 12th, but it hasn't been processed. I feel frustrated by the lack of communication and the delay in resolving this issue. The item I received is damaged with multiple pieces broken, glued back together inaccurately, with missing parts and chipped areas. The base of the statue was severely damaged and hazardous. To my horror, cockroaches crawled out of the figurine, causing an infestation in my apartment. I had to dispose of the item, costing me a considerable amount for pest control. I seek not only a refund but also compensation for this unacceptable situation caused by the seller. Despite my efforts to contact customer service with emails and photos, I have not received a satisfactory response, leaving me frustrated and considering further action if my concerns are not addressed promptly.

I have been a loyal customer of your company for years. As a disabled vet, I enjoy surprising my wife on a budget. However, I am disappointed that she cannot use the same payment method as I do for her account. If this policy cannot be changed, I will need to seek assistance from a more accommodating company. I ordered an item that was mistakenly delivered to another state through FedEx SmartPost. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the seller, I have not been able to make a claim for a refund as FedEx states the seller needs to initiate the process. I was informed that the matter needs to be handled by a shipping specialist due to the confusion surrounding the delivery, but no progress has been made since then. The item was sent from Indiana to Kentucky instead of Winchester, Virginia, where it was intended to be delivered. I have reached out to UPS, FedEx, and the seller, but have not received a resolution. When I opened the box, the top part of the Masterclass cupcake holder was shattered. I contacted the seller immediately. After 6 hours, she responded that unfortunately, they didn't have another one available. She mentioned she had not experienced a plastic handle shattering before and advised me to contact Mercari for resolution. This was my first time using Mercari, and the cupcake carrier was meant to be a present for my daughter. I would like a replacement sent to me by Thursday, March 4. If not, I expect a full refund of $40.27. I tried to request a refund through the help center, adding 7 pictures as requested, but the site wouldn't allow me to do so. If this isn't resolved, I may involve my credit card company.

I am facing a couple of issues that I need help with. First, when I tried to list more items, I was restricted to only [redacted] active listings. Therefore, I moved some items to the inactive file to make space for the more critical ones, leaving me with only 81 items listed. Despite that, the system still won't allow me to add more active listings, even though I don't have [redacted] active items listed. My next concern is regarding the "offers to likers" feature. Initially, I could see which items I had sent offers for as the "offer to likers" tab was grayed out. However, now it's not grayed out anymore, and I am unsure which items I have already sent offers for. It would be helpful if there was a clear indication, like a tab or link, to show sellers which items they have already sent offers for.

I need some help with my Mercari account. I mistakenly left the words "local pickup" on some listings while copying from another selling app. I've been on Mercari since [redacted] and have been a dedicated user. I recently got a second chance after a mistake, but my account got limited again because of the same issue. I am experiencing a problem with my listing where I cannot add an item. This seems to be specific to the Digimon Card Game Booster Box 1.0, with an error message stating "listing is not available in your region". I recently received the Haro Flightline mountain bike that I ordered online. Unfortunately, upon opening the box, I was disappointed with the condition of the bike. The bike was supposed to come with a Shimano Altus rear derailleur and without a chain, but it actually arrived with a rusted chain and a lower quality Shimano rear derailleur that is not compatible with an 8-speed Freewheel. Additionally, the quick release on the rear rim is broken, the rear wheel's disc is bent, and there are substantial tears on the seat that cannot be easily fixed. The left pedal is also broken, which was not mentioned in the description. I am willing to keep the bike if the seller is willing to reimburse me $[redacted], but if not, I would like to return the bike for a refund.

As a seller, I recently sold 22 dishes on a platform and when I went to calculate the postage using the provided option, FedEx quoted me $75, which is significantly higher than anticipated. I sold an item on Mercari, but UPS lost it. After winning a claim with UPS for $[redacted].75, they paid Mercari instead of me. Despite contacting Mercari support multiple times with no response, I am frustrated. I have informed Mercari that I am considering filing a claim in small claims court to recover the payment UPS issued to them.

My account has been compromised by someone claiming to be MarinEli133. They seem to have obtained my personal details and are now harassing me. Mercari closed my account as a result, while MarinEli133's account remains active. Despite Mercari's claims to prioritize seller safety, their actions suggest otherwise. Unable to contact Mercari through their app, I may have to seek assistance from law enforcement and the media. Mercari needs to uphold the seller protection policies outlined on their platform. My next course of action will involve reaching out to the CEO of Mercari until this issue is resolved and the harassment ceases.

I recently sold my iPhone 12 Pro Max on the Mercari app. I sold it for $[redacted], having purchased it for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the buyer falsely claimed the phone was not as described, showing photos of a different package upon receiving it. Despite my protests, Mercari approved the return.
