I sold a customer buyer Tammara fullman a heatwave bundle ***.** i did everything she requested changed this bundle * times till she was happy then u sent out her * items real pearls ** inches *** mink coat and fox full skin jacket there was * she said she wanted the full collar so that's what I sent she received items never rated the items mercari I contacted and they took care of it till this day she keeps e mailing messages ton mercari accusing me of sending her wrong things I granted then send back everything I will refund she still don't do it every week its something new I just want to be left alone already I blocked her today Lorraine I would like to keep this sale if possible I did everything she wanted several times over but she is very harassing and rude
