I purchased * figurines from a seller. The way the seller packed them was not adequate for the type of delicate figurines they are. When UPS dropped them off at my door, he literally dropped the boxes. Both my daughter and I heard a big bang. I received one box that had one figurine in it and it was broken. I received anther box with three figurines and two out of the three were broken. I put in a return with Mercari and it says I need to fill out a form but I am on a PC and do not see any place to download a form. I have been emailing Mercari since I only have three days to put in my claim for return and I am not getting any response. I contacted the seller who was making accusations against me and was harassing me. I would like to be able to get this resolved.
