I sold A Slot machine *McCoury offers a pack and ship option for items that are big and bulky my item fits perfectly within their guidelines for pack and ship before I went to go drop this item off I emailed into the health center and ask them if there’s anything special I need to do in order to use the pack and ship feature they said no it was included in my price and that the buyer would be the one responsible for paying for it because it was included in my ad that the buyer pays for shipping. They told me to just use the shipping label that I was emailed so I took that shipping label up to UPS and dropped off to Slot machine in the shipping label and told themIt was a Mercari pack and ship Exactly as I was instructed to do by the help center. Well my package has not updated in the tracking for ** days so I reached out to my car he they don’t know anything I call UPS UPS as my package is still sitting there because my car did not provide me with a code to give to them to do the pack and ship. I have emailed McCoury all day yesterday about this issue. Today they tell me that my insurance on the package is Noll and void because the shipping label was it scanned within three days. They don’t answer any of my questions they don’t address any of my comments whatsoever and I really doubt they even read my emails because I was very descriptive inside what my issue was in why the package has not been scanned for delivery yet.I am furious right now I feel like every time I have a problem with Mercari nobody gives a **** the only thing they care about is their **% at it every freaking sale that I make. If my package does not get in the **** mail today and if my money is not credited to my account really quick I will not be doing business with McCoury ever again I am sick of this every time I have a problem with them nobody cares but they’re all over if you get out your phone number or your email address or anything like that oh they’re on top of that ***%
