I am unhappy with a rating I received recently and would like to dispute on my Lululemon shorts. My user name is Jsisam. I marked the items quality as “good” because there was a TINY stain on the front. I informed the customer, sent a picture, and she said she still wanted them. The item was laundered prior to shipping and she rated me four stars due to “item cleanliness”. I just don’t think this was a fair rating. Please reach out regarding this issue.
