I purchased an item, I ask the buyer one question if they were adult women’s shoes. The seller said they were but I received them and they are a six y. (Kids youth size) they are a size and a half to large. I will not be keeping the shoes I would like a shipping label to return them charged to the seller or I can return the box to the sender. I would like a quick reply due to only having * days to process the return but through the forums I havnt got the help I need. I called but I just get an option to leave messages which I did, yet did not receive a call back. Thank you.
