Hello. Buyer destroyed my wig just to get her money back which is a malicious act. I sent the wig in the picture that was black with a few blonde pieces of hair. She was trying to cancel the order while it was shipped. She constantly kept pressing the cancel order button like a possess individual. Of course when it was sent to her she would do whatever it takes to get her money back. She pulled the blonde extensions out to say it was a different wig. Not only did she destroy it but she also ruined it with a substance as seen in the pictures. I went on to show pictures to which a customer service representative stated that they could not give me any money back because that wasn't the correct item. Her name was shayla and she ended me from saying anything more after that. I have high selling ratings from selling all items but wigs in particular. I'm not understanding how someone with little to know ratings can pull a scam like this and you guys fall for it. I can show more pics as proof in detail with the hair to show it's the same wig just with pulled out hair color pieces. I will persue legal issues if another worker block me when an issue isn't resolved.
