I recently purchased a Brett Favre autograph 8x10 photo listed for $98, paying full price the same day. Shortly after, the seller, Santa's Collectibles, canceled my order without explanation. Now, two days later, the same item is back up for sale at a $30 higher price. It seems clear the seller canceled to raise the price due to fast selling. Can action be taken to address this issue, possibly through reviewing the seller or contacting them? My username is Tirwin08, and I hope for support in preventing such practices from occurring unchecked.

I purchased what was advertised as Apple Airpods on Mercari from a seller who claimed the item was "fully authentic". Upon receiving the product, it was evident that it was a fake. Despite Mercari's policy against fraudulent items labeled as authentic, I am unable to request a refund or open a case as the transaction is marked as "complete". The seller pressured me to rate the item prematurely, eliminating my ability to address the issue through Mercari's processes. I am out $[redacted] for a counterfeit item that Mercari is supposed to safeguard buyers from. An immediate full refund based on Mercari's guidelines is necessary.

Hello, Good evening! I recently purchased the Women Denali Gloves a couple of days ago and received them today. I would like to return the gloves as they were not as described, being dirty and stained. Could you kindly provide me with a return label as soon as possible? I own a rare Louis Vuitton purse, the limited edition Trunks and Bags that I purchased from the Boston store. Poshmark has verified it, and I was offered cash by Cadh in my Bag, but the amount was not enough for me to sell it to them. I have the tag with the serial number and the actual receipt. The lining of the purse is black, and I provided a picture of where it was made, but there are no embossed serial numbers. They are still requesting this number from me. There are similar items for sale on eBay. The purse is valued at $[redacted]. I am a 70-year-old real estate broker and want to ensure I am not selling a fake product. I appreciate any assistance you can offer.

I reached out to the seller after I submitted a chat earlier today regarding my missing item. The seller initiated contact first and was quite hostile. She insists that the item was delivered on Thursday when the details clearly state that it was received on Friday morning. Despite our disagreement, she is demanding payment immediately, even though I have yet to receive the item.

I sold a pair of headphones to someone, but they returned them in a dirty and tangled condition. I had to throw them away, causing me to lose money on a perfectly good item. I am unsure why they were returned in this state. How can this be resolved?

I purchased the Sephora Lash Party Mascara Sampler Set from Mercari for $39. I got an email saying my mascara was delivered, but instead, I received a small jar of ginseng eye cream. The sender was Beautyandbeauty, "Mona Kohu" at unit 59, [redacted] W. Wilson St., Costa Mesa, CA [redacted]. When I tried to contact them, I was directed to download the app. Unfortunately, the app only provided advice and instructed me to submit a return request form, which was not available. I would like to receive the correct product I ordered or a full refund and I am willing to return the eye cream.

Hello, I reached out to Mercari via email yesterday regarding the item with the ID m[redacted]1 that I purchased on 11/21/[redacted] but have not received yet. The seller claimed to have sent the item via their local post office, but the tracking information has not been updated since. Despite my attempts to communicate with the seller about the delay and lack of responses, there has been little progress. I questioned the seller about a receipt for the shipment, but did not receive a clear answer. The seller mentioned contacting the post office but the tracking still shows the same location. I appreciate any assistance you can provide as I feel my previous messages did not fully explain the situation. Thank you for your help.

My account, @notjeno, got deleted, and the features were limited, so I couldn't transfer the remaining balance. I prefer instant payments over direct deposits as I struggle with them not showing up. However, I can't use this option currently due to my deleted account!

I would like to cancel my account with Mercari. I am a devoted Poshmark customer and regularly make purchases on their platform. Recently, I encountered a disappointing experience with a seller best2be on Mercari. Due to an unexpected family death, I had to travel suddenly and couldn't respond promptly to the seller's messages regarding a nail purchase. In return, the seller accused me of wasting their time and blocked me. This behavior was unacceptable, and as someone with vast experience in customer service, I value respectful interactions. I have spent a significant amount on Mercari in a short time but will be returning to Poshmark for future transactions. Kindly close my account and pass along the feedback to the seller. I have already sent the pictures along with my initial complaint. I received a blue leather coat that was described as being in "like new" condition, but it arrived with noticeable fading on the collar and down both sleeves. Despite sending detailed photos as requested of the box, label, front, back, and sleeves, I have not received any response from your team. I paid $94.00 for this item, which is now unwearable due to the condition it arrived in. This lack of communication and the disappointing quality of the product make me hesitant to make future purchases from your company.

I want to return the UGG Anika Herringbone Robe because it arrived very wrinkled. It's so bad that I would need to take it to a cleaners to have it steam pressed, which would cost me extra money. I've already spoken to the seller, and we agreed that I will send it back. I can't gift something that looks like this, so it's important that the seller should have disclosed the damage on the robe's page.

I recently sold a collectible Disney production ceramic figurine to a buyer in Florida from California. The item, measuring 11 inches tall and 6 inches wide, was carefully packed in a 12 x 7 box with four layers of bubble wrap to prevent any movement. I even labeled the box 'fragile' in bold black letters on all sides. Despite my thorough packaging, the buyer claims the item arrived damaged due to insufficient packing and insists there was room for more packing material. I am disappointed that I cannot provide photos of the well-packed box to dispute the buyer's claim. It's frustrating to think that the buyer might have mishandled the item and then blamed me for the damage, leaving me without payment and with a broken collectible. I feel taken advantage of in this situation.

I recently received a pair of Powerbeats3 that were advertised as "new," but to my disappointment, they arrived in a damaged and used condition. I was expecting to receive a brand new set with the original packaging, but that was not the case. I am frustrated that false information was provided to me as a customer and potentially to others as well. It is unacceptable that I received used earphones with ear wax residue, and one of the earphones was damaged. This whole experience has been a letdown, and I feel like I have been scammed. I am seeking a refund for this unsatisfactory purchase.

I sold two dolls, both 11" in size. The buyer received them but now wants to return them because she finds them too small. My listing clearly stated the height of the dolls, so this issue seems to be buyer's remorse or oversight on her part. Mercari is currently reviewing the case, and it has been two days. I hope they can settle the return case promptly so I can recover my funds. I made sure my listing was accurate and in line with Mercari Policy Guidelines. Thank you, Dottie.

I had to close my original Mercari account when my phone was stolen. However, I created a new account now but cannot input my banking details due to an error mentioning duplicate information from my previous account which I no longer have access to. I cannot retrieve the old account as I have forgotten the password and no longer have access to the old email associated with it.

I recently received a message informing me that my account on Mercari is being closed due to "prohibited conduct." I am baffled by this accusation, as I believed that buying and selling items on the platform was precisely to either pay or receive money. The specific reason given was that I supposedly purchased an item with the intention of transferring money, which has led to the closure of all related accounts. I bought a $7 phone case and a $10 SD card for my camera, and I am uncertain which purchase led to this situation. I have been using this account since [redacted], with almost [redacted] transactions and positive reviews. This abrupt action is confusing and unjust in my opinion. I hope to receive a clearer explanation for this decision, as I feel I have not engaged in any prohibited behavior. I have reached out to the BBB and will pursue this matter further. I recently received a knockoff shoe from a seller, and to make matters worse, they sent the wrong size! I was under the impression that the shipping label was going to be sent through traditional mail, so I waited, only to realize that it was actually sent via email. This was not clearly communicated to me. I spent $90 on shoes that do not fit, and now I am unable to contact the seller because the app automatically closed my case, resolving the issue without my input. I am feeling quite upset by this situation.
