I purchased an item on the **th. Seller marked it as shipped. USPS says they are "awaiting the item" which means seller created a shipping label and marked it as shipped but didn't actually ship it. I tried to cancel when Mercari stated I could cancel. I've had to write seller a few times, seller never initiates. Now, I've gotten a customer service rep who is totally unhelpful and in my opinion, ignorant. I asked for a Supervisor. Continue to get "Glecy." They state the item is "lost" and suggest I initiate a search with USPS. Ridiculous! And Glecy stated they could not refund me for * days since USPS has the item! USPS states THEY are AWAITING THE ITEM! What poor customer service.! I intend to spread the word as much as I can because this is so ridiculous!
